Mould ejector pins and sleeves, also called mold insert pins, straight ejector pins, stepped ejector pins, shouldered ejector pins, guide pins, ejector sleeves, are applied in the stamping die, injection molding and the die casting mould. SKH51, SKD11 & SUJ2 materials are very popular these years. We can supply according to DIN1530-ISO6751/ISO8693/ISO8694, and also we accept non standard drawings.

In the stamping die, the ejector pins are installed in to make the plastic deformation and separation of metal or non-metal materials, and form final parts. In the plastic mould and die casting mould, they’re mainly used for shaping up holes of parts, or separating the finished parts from the fixed die plate.

According to the shape, the ejector pin can be typed into circular, elliptical, square and so on.
